What we actually do

Rapid Plumbing Ipswich is a referral service. You tell us what is wrong. We pass it to a licensed local plumber who covers your suburb and does that kind of work. They contact you, attend, quote and invoice you directly.

We are not in the middle of that transaction. Nothing is marked up through us and we do not take a cut of your invoice.

Why the site exists

A lot of genuinely good tradespeople in Ipswich have no website and no way of being found by someone searching at ten at night with water coming through a ceiling. They get work by word of mouth, which works right up until the moment somebody needs them urgently and has never heard of them.

This site is the other half of that. It is built to be found, and to hand the job straight to someone who can do it.

What we will not do

We do not publish reviews or testimonials, because we have not earned any and inventing them is fraud. We do not publish before-and-after photos of work we did not do. The prices on this site are indicative ranges to help you sanity-check a quote, not an offer.

And we will not refer you to anyone without a current QBCC licence.
